After 11 successful seasons, the 12th season is a very much anticipated event right now. And it is scheduled to begin on 29 March 2019 and will go on for a period of 60 days.

Due to Lok Sabha elections in India, the IPL 2019 could be shifted to some other venue and countries like South Africa or Dubai. South Africa is the main contender for hosting IPL 2019.

Dinesh Karthik went to Kolkata Knight Riders. Manish Pandey went to Sunrisers Hyderabad. SRH under the leadership of Kiwie player Kane Williamson touched new heights. Their gameplay was fabulous in IPL 2018 and the mastermind Kane took them all the way to the finals.
